ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
The contract that is entered into between Masknit and the Customer is to be considered concluded with the acceptance, in whole or in part, of the order by Masknit such acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read and accepted all the information provided to him in the various stages of the purchase, and to accept the general and payment conditions in full.
If the customer is a private consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not attributable to his professional activity), once the purchase procedure is completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in the compliance with the provisions of articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05.
Masknit reserves the right to cancel an order, against the return of the price paid by the buyer, due to lack of availability of the material or for other reasons also in stages after payment. It also excludes any request for compensation for the non-availability of the products.
The customer acknowledges that the expected shipping date is purely indicative and is not authentic in the relationship with the customer and with third parties, therefore Masknit is not liable for any delay not directly attributable to it.
If for reasons of force majeure it is not possible to complete the order even beyond the times indicated, at the customer's request Masknit will immediately refund the payment and cancel the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer undertakes, at the request of Masknit, to provide the data necessary to make the transfer for the cancellation of the payment.
Masknit is not liable for damage caused during transport by the carrier, who is solely responsible for the goods transported.
Any request for replacement, return or cancellation for this type of damage can only be sent if at the time of delivery, any damage to the packaging has been notified to the courier by means of the "signature with reserve".
Any replacement of the product will be carried out only after all the checks carried out upon return of the defective product, no later than 14 working days (subject to availability of the replacement).
PURCHASE METHOD
The customer can only purchase the products on the www.masknit.com site at the time of placing the order, as described in the relative technical and information sheets, except for changes to improve the manufacturer.
It is understood that the images of the products may not be perfectly identical in some characteristics, but may differ in color, size shown in the figure or simply represent the series or family of the product.
The receipt of the order is confirmed by Masknit by reply via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer.
This confirmation message will contain the date and time of the order and a number, to be used in any communication with Masknit. The message shows the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, using any suitable means.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, Masknit will promptly notify the Customer.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made by paypal credit card or bank transfer.
Masknit reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g. landline number). In the absence of the required documentation, Masknit reserves the right not to accept the order.
The method of payment by advance bank transfer requires that the order is processed and processed only after being credited to the indicated current account of Masknit
The necessary data are indicated at the time of the order confirmation and in the e-mail sent to the Customer. The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number, the name and surname of the order holder.
DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
Masknit can accept orders for delivery in Italian and European territory. For disadvantaged locations, smaller islands, Livigno and Campione d'Italia, surcharges are provided which will be expressly indicated before the payment of the order.
The sales made on www.masknit.com are accompanied by a tax invoice.
Delivery costs, where present, are charged to the customer and are specified separately when placing the order. Nothing is due more by the customer than the total order.
No responsibility can be attributed to Masknit in case of delay in the order fulfillment or in the delivery by the carrier.
The delivery of the order is meant at street level unless otherwise communicated to customer service. Shipments are within 48 hours from the order.
Upon delivery of the purchased products, the Customer is obliged to check:
- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the order confirmation and in any other subsequent communication
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or in any case not altered, also and above all in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or straps).
Any damage to the packaging, the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or any indications, must be immediately contested, by affixing the words RESERVE OF INSPECTION WRITTEN (accurately specifying the reason for the reservation, eg "laundry packaging", "packaging crushed "," open package ") on the courier's delivery slip.
Once the delivery document has been signed, it will no longer be possible to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence, completeness and correctness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, according to the methods provided in this document.
In the event of non-collection within 5 working days of the products purchased in stock at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated in the payment form by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be returned to the Masknit warehouses
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who makes purchases for purposes not attributable to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference of the consignment VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products, contact the Masknit customer service by sending a communication by registered letter with return receipt, specifying that he wants to exercise the right of withdrawal to: Masknit Via S. The customer service manager of Masknit will indicate to the customer how to pay for any return costs, once the product has returned in the manner explained above, Masknit within 30 days from the return of the goods (period within which the integrity and functionality of the product and packaging), will refund the amount after checking the integrity of the goods.
The re-credit will take place exclusively by bank transfer for orders previously paid by bank transfer and the customer will promptly indicate the bank details.
The goods must be returned intact and functional, complete with all its components and in the original and undamaged packaging (envelopes and packs), kept and possibly used according to normal diligence, in the total absence of wear or dirt.
The right of withdrawal is subject to these conditions:
applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product
the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any accessory documentation); in any case, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided;
the shipment and integrity of the product, until receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
upon its arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess damage, tampering and the lack of parts of the same not deriving from transport. If the packaging and / or the packaging are damaged, Masknit may withhold a percentage of the refund due, no later than 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property (packaging - content), in cases where Masknit ascertains:


the unconventional use of the good that caused the wear and tear of the good, or the use of any consumables;


the lack of the external packaging, the original internal packaging or part of it;


the absence of integral elements originally attached to the product;


damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will be made available to the customer for collection at your expense
CHANGES TO THE INFORMATION
The Owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this information at its discretion and at any time. The person concerned is required to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain an indication of the update date.
